Galve spray

anyone use it on anything, i was thinking of using it on my frame as a rust proofing then spraying with finish colour.

Anyone use it before?

Is it worth it?

galvanizing paint? would prolly look horrible up close, and not sure how well paint would stick to it.

I've only used it when spraying a fresh weld on something I wasn't going to paint. works good, no rust.

I just use some anti-rust paint prep. I recommend skyco if you can find it....

I have used that galv. stuff on welds on a fence and it will rust a lot faster than real galvanized steel. but it works ok and not like your quad will be out in the weather all the time

for great anti rust protection i recommend POR-15 paint.

expensive but i havent found another product that even comes close to it. it dries to a rock hard finish, easy to apply, and can be top coated if you wish.
