well im going to tune the carb tuesday, just roughly to get it started so i can tune it and break it in, but burgard +2 +1's and yfz450 shocks are coming probably next week but im gone from the 20th to the 26th, going to germany. also, whole rear end should be done this week.
its been awhile since ive updated, but ive just been getin little sh*t together, not worth pics n sh*t. wedsneday i will have the rear end fully complete and my a arms and shocks came in today, so painting them up as well. hopefully/most likely it will be fully compete this weekend and ready to break it in.
only 1 minor issue(i hate the little things but ive got rid of most) is the throttle cable is a little short. the slide sits about 1/3 way up when the twist is adjusted as loose as possible. i talked to my shop that im doin co op at and he said yeah bring your carb, old cable and twist in and he showed me the box of over like 100 mostly motion pro and other throttle cables. had some clutch ones too. hopefully i can find one that works. if not, kick in the nuts. oh another little thing(damnit lol) the fuel intake on the carb is larger than the one on the tank valve so either i get some adapter or i was thinking doing paulies little more fuel DIY to it to get the right size. think thats the only way. sh*t i keep remebering sh*t. brake caliper might be carbage... so i might need a new mechanical calliper WORKING. so if anyones got one, please let me know i need one cuz i have no front brakes lol. the mechanical cables are to short for the +2 +1 a arms.
ill get pics when the rear ends all on. also soon to be starting the rear wheel spacer project in school so untill then the backs guna be alot skinnier than the front and it might look ghetto. i was thinkin 2.5+ each side for the rear.
well, new burgard +2 +1 a arms and yfz450 shocks came today from stroker. thanks brah there sick. ill have em painted at the latest, friday and ill defently have the rear end sh*t finished thursday. got a new twist throttle for cheap, bran new motion pro twist and cable for my carb which was being a pain in the ass, from my co op.
Things left to do:
-rear caliper
-need return spring for brake
-a bit of wiring(have spark, just need to wire teather)
-seat cover
-get a pipe to silencer coupler or whatever the hell its called(can i get a name?)
-bigger fuel outlet on tank to match inlet on carb
-put the rest of the rear end and a arms on but i wouldnt consider that a thing to do because i cant wait till i can do that lol.
yes swinger, axle carrier and axle are black, wheel hubs, disk hub, sproket hub are all orange. thats the rear. front is upper a arms black, lower orange, spindles orange, hubs/drums orange and leavin the tierods the polished.
and jackson, im going to leave the swinger for awhile.
im making rear wheel spacers (+5 total) in school as a project. there going to be the alumium disk types with custom long studs. easy short project so that will be done soon.

Still have a set of ITP aluminum wheels and some razr mx's 20" for the fronts soon to be bought. those will drop the front down a bit and get rid of the ugly ass ones on it right now. also, im going to get a rear shock for it, dont know what to get, i need suggestions but i want it to sit about 2" higher than it sits stock. something cheap too.
oh and nerf bars need to be powdercoated cuz the spray paint will come off instantly.
