that would look pretty sick. a guy was parting out a mx blaster with orange plastics not to long ago. i wanted his orange and black carbon fiber beadlock rims OMG those would have been sexy as sh*t on my quad, then he was like sorry im keepin them. i almost cried lol.


UPDATE: Dug into the swinger today. got her all apart, cant get the damn lock nuts off so the axles still with the carrier. fairly cleaned up but the damn swinger bearings are trucked. they dont even move there just rusted in there lol. so need swingarm bearing kit, axle bearings if i can find the axle bearings with the swinger ones.

bummer but not a big issue i can get it welded at co op. its cracked under the shock mount.

dude do it, its so worth it. dont do a hack job. for me, it was rough because mines so dirty and buddy b4 me did a hack job were he didnt take like anything off. he even left the motor in. i just love geting every single thing clean and working right, fresh. it just feels like its new. i could never do a hack job on anything for some reason. done right or not done at all.

update: taped off the upper a arm on one a arm( i didnt take them apart, kinda hipocritcal to whati just said, acualy alot lol but i am geting new arms anyways like so soon, still looks the same as if i took them apart though) i painted the lower and spindle black when i was going to do it orange lol. so i had to re sand blast and holy crap, tremglad rust paint, on 1 coat of primer after a sandblast, is acualy so hard to get off. gettin up their with powerder coat. i have 1 a arm set done though lol. will have front done this weekend, swingarm is going to give me an issue. probably next week which is a massive bummer.

eh i guess that when i take the motor out to send it out ill take off all the plastics and sh*t and wait till my dad gets home and be like well its like %35 done ill take the rest off and paint it i mean i wanna do it but my dad isnt up to it cause when he gets home he doesnt want to come help me he wants to sleep and doesnt understand that im 13 not 3 and i can do most of it... would u be mad if i did orange j.w prolly do black but idk how itll look... so hard to decide..

i cant say id be mad, i dont really care. even if i said i would be, those 2 would be all over me lol. do whatever, its really only a difference on here. like in my town, and were i ride, its totaly unique and like no one has sh*t like mine. it be different if we were neighbours lol. but black frame and orange plastics would look dirty. plastics are epxensive as hell though.

yeah thats what ive been looking for. that or black with orange spots same design. its hard lol.

update: all wiring is COMPLETE. we have ignition so... spark, new switch works, teather kill switch works. just havent tried to start it.

im going to run 40:1 amsoil and 91 octane(thats if when i do a compression test, i dont find he milled the head and didnt tell me)

i am going to try to get it running asap even before i go suspension on lol. i just need ROUGH numbers for the carb jetting. please someone has to know some rough jetting for my setup. its a mikuni flate slide TM series 36mm carb running a vitos 240 kit, vforce 3 reeds, uni with aluminum airbox with outerwears screen(f7 airbox), dyno port high volume pipe. thats about it. i need some rough numbers to start with, including needle position, pilot and main. i was just in there swapping the throttle cables(works perfect, so relived didnt have to buy a new one) and the needles in the 2nd position from the bottom. i belive it was 5 positions or something.

any help on this, even if you got links to somewhere else that would have info on it.
