Full Rebuild!

yeah i touched up some bare metal were i ripped off that bracket for the old oil injection tube. needed to come off for the airbox to sit nice. ill put so much more on tomorow.
wow! this brings back the memory when powdercoated mine took me 11:00 a.m up until 2 am in the morning sandblasting and powdercoating it and boy it was alot of fun exspecially when u got a case of beer and a few buddies. your frame is looking very nice!!! can't wait to see the finish work.
well no more pics tonight but i did get a bunch finished. there seems to yet another little issue. the airbox tube doesnt seem to be low and angled up enough because it runs into the cross support under the seat and is not linned up. its on the rubber part, so maybe i just need to get a longer one and bend it. havent go to far into that, but im sure it will piss me off later on. got the plastics on, electronics in, need to hack up the rear fender to fit that airbox but i dont know what to cut, need to clean it up first.
lol funny, i start at it, found 4 screws on the plastic airbox, and im like OH sh*t THAT MAKES LIKE SO MUCH EASIER. then ends up, there like not holding anything lol. i was like sooo 4 screws doing absolutly nothing.
one more thing, stroker, whats your jetting? i pretty much have the same mods as you, besides porting and milled head. i just need a good idea of what jetting to run. have no idea were to start. like everything, needle pos, pilot and main. thanks man.

I don't know how my jetting will compare to yours since I'm running a keihin airstryker but my mains 160 and needle clip is on top clip, I think pilots a 42, but not certain.
yeah f*ck its a keihin and mines a mikuni. sh*t ill just bring the f*cker into my co op and get them to help me jet it correctly.
well my brains turned off and i need to rigth this f*cking short story for english and its so gay. like i cant think of anything. for some reason i cant think lately. guess its all about my quad lately lol. and my other post i said i didnt get much done, i ment i did and couple take pics cuz im to busy with this school bullshit. didnt get that much done really, just little things. will get some tomorow, will have steering stem in with handlebars and rear plastics with airbox so it will look good tomorow.

not yet. havent chopped up the rear fender to make it fit so that will come first tomorow. ill have the steering stem tomorow so you can see how sexy i did up my handlebars. reminds me, i gota get some grip glue at co op tomorow and swap my grips. the handlebars acualy look so sick with the quad. just all the stuff on them.

^^ i thought about it but i really am done till next season. if i get a race cut hood next season ill do it so it matches.
but for now, more pics! looks so good with the handlebars. got all the electronics in, clutch cable on, new switch that doesnt shock me when i try to turn it off, was thinkin like a pro, i took the wires from my kill switch, ran them into my bar pad, cut a tiny hole for both wires right in the middle, ran them stright out and down. looks clean and they wont rub.
and if you want, a walk around.
