fuel filter?

no there fine dude and u need a cleanable fuel filter the one I run is cleanable and is aluminum

I just run the clear disposable ones. Toss them every two oil changes.

In line filters are pretty well full flow types with little or no restrictions, but do need to be changed regulary.

I don't see the need for them, the ones on the petcock in the tank are sufficient IMO!

ya I use one, although slick is right. but sometimes the petcock ones can disintegrate

Slick got it right ! Right where I was thinking and more.


One thing most often forgotten about and not looked after is the petcock and the filter on it !

I have seen them clogged, rusted badly and plastic clogging them.

Never hurts to replace or clean them every so often.
