First blaster ever

playing the waiting game for parts:
leager's swinger
shift lever
intake boot
30mm carb

should be riding in about 2 weeks!

my shift lever always seems like it comes loose and wiggles.even my stock on did the same thing

I watched a buddy of mine fix his shift lever on his quadzilla in the middle of a long trail ride,he pulled over, shoved a small fish hook in the spline and tightened it back down and it was good to go...i always used to tease him about that but hey,it worked

ok, my 30mm carb turned out to be another keihin 34mm, just gonna run it though, the 36 mikuni was almost liveable, so i think it'll be fine once i have it dialed in. gonna be splitting the cases this week I:I

just got in from working on the motor, about an hour and a half and i'm ready to go get a puller to split the cases.

well won some beadlocks for the rear with some itp holeshots on them, one has a hole in the sidewall so i'm going to see if its still salvageable and then decide if i want to keep them and the fast trekkers or sell one of the pairs of tires. just waiting on some parts, i'll be finishing splitting the cases soon

o yeah special thanks to blanshee for fiding me a screamin deal on that thing! 127 bucks to my door. just need to get some bearings for it now......not sure i really want to try to retrieve the ones i already put in my stocker lol

cant say i never did nothing for ya lol

and i wouldnt try to take them out, with your luck youd prolly end up breaking them lol jk :D

might have some pics of it sitting on its new wheels and widened out a bit this weekend....got the shocks apart today, not sure why people are afraid to service them. its pretty straightforward really

i got the front tires mounted today, got the spacers on, axle, and swinger, and just left the old tires on the bead locks for some pics

it was in for long enough to break in and then be able to ride it for aobut 10 mins....just havent cleaned it yet

well, i'm going to try to get a few things tomorrow so that i can get my cases split, and put some teflon on the threads of all the hose fittings for my shocks as they appear to have been seeping slightly. should be done in the next few weeks

call me up. ill be happy to cut some big ass holes and lift a blaster out. maybe you can just ride it off the roof

sorry man i wasnt paying attention. when i read the last post on page one i didnt realize there were more pages
