Which is better? Which is louder? Which produces more speed?

the toomey is louder i think and it is more a dune pipe but good all round the
F7 (which i'm getting) is really good its a right bend pipe and gives you lots of power and is a realy good all rounder too i would have the F7 but thats just me lol

keep toomeys on banshees where they shine go with the F7/CT (same pipe) pipe and silencer for a blaster, or LRD.

It should come with flange. As for jetting it changes with every blaster. It changes with climate and elevation changes. So its hard to say.
