yea it made my fingers tired as hell. i wanted to get it as nice as posable. good way to kill time tho. but i think anything that has to do with motors is fun and kills time good.

Ken, you've got way too much time on your hands.

I saw the exhaust port on the jug in the video. You could have combed your hair in it and I just don't have that much patience. I got mine pretty decent (about like yours hudack) but not polished mirror finish like mothers or anything...

Awesome dude. Every little bit helps. My exhaust port was smaller than my pipe flange. I opened that up as well. Getting the air out of the engine is just as important as getting air into the engine. I have no patience so I got it to a good shine and stopped.

you actually go as far as using polish in the exhaust port??? that's nuts.......

i think i'm going to have to give this a try this winter, or sooner maybe

i was thinkign that to. but if ken says to do it and i have the stuff to do it im gana. i anit got nothing better to do with this cylinder. til i get some money anyway so to hell with it lol.

check to see if the opening on the exhaust port is the same size as your pipe flange....may want to open it up

haha id be out of like an hour of wet sanding black outa an exhaust port. than another like half hour of wet sanding it to a good shine lol.

hahahahhahahaha

i'm just messin with you man, but for the money you saved you could send that and your head to a builder to get a real port job and the head redone

yea i planed on geting the head done i go 3 now and i was gana send it to ken to get it bored and probley just have him do some more port work on it.
