So why not update the motor?
WHy did the CR's YZ's Etc. Receive updates and not the other bikes?
What ever happened to the 250R, Blaster, BAnshee, QUADZILLA, Tecate?

I believe in the US there are to be no more 2 strokes of anykind after 2009, weed whips, mowers, chain saws, snowmobiles they all got to go, 4 strokes only, they are just to pollutive, any motor that burns oil as a part of their combustion process is doomed and labeled as horrendous on the enviroment, the buses are bad but we need them to get all the useless people around that cant afford a car, damn govt. and as far as Yamaha updating the blaster it is considered an entry level unit, any machine that gets updated would need a nationally sponsored class like all your YZ's the 450 GNCC thats where the advertising goes and thats what ends up in the papers, you'll never hear about Billy Bob winning the 200 class
