exaust packing!

hey guys i just got my 02 blaster its got the DG front an back pipes me an a friend took the sparkarrester cap off it was pretty dirty!my question is that packing sh*t what the hell does it do quiet it down or something i actually want to take it out but not sure what the glass packing does u guys got any info thanks:-/

i wouldnt take it out, if you are looking for more noise just make it shorter and repack it with fmf packing.

alright man sound good i thought so that the packing kept it quiet i live by a complex so ya i would keep it in lmao cops will be all over me lol!
