even if stick $ 10,000 into my blaster

well idk wat the highest the blasters is but i know u can bore other quads over more than 40 like my 300ex i had it bore .50 over

you can either buy a 240 kit or have your stock jug resleeved with a 240 sleeve. The 240 kit is ackually 232cc's. The biggest I know that you can go is 265cc. Thats a 240 kit on the last bore with a 6mm stroker crank, not recommended, but thats the biggest there is.

you could probably make a highly modifed blaster hit over 90 with the right setup gearing engine tires etc ... i have built ones that can certifably break a true 80mph in 500 feet

Call the man that posted above my post.... very smart when it coms to Blaster motors and can hook you up with any setup and all the parts you coul ever want to build the blaster you want. Oh and also if you are willingto put 10,000 into a blaster dont wast your money... get a Banshee and have more fun.

no I won't put that much into it ! was just woundering what can I expect ! I will put whatever it takes to make it bad ass tho. BUT everyone is saying bore it out to 240 . is that the bigiest I should go without worring I will blow it everytime I get on it . I can ride & have been for years but want something reliable & not something ( if it will but a matter of when ) .

Boring it out big weakens the walls in the cylinder lowering its reliability substantially... Re-sleeving essentially allows you to have a bigger bore, but the sleeve is of a harder or thincker material allowing you to have a bigger bore, but maintain some reliability. So yeah... Re-sleeving is necesary for bigger bores...

Good luck It looks like you are doing some good homework on your project..
