If you're going to look at an afterarket exhaust, send me a message. I have an FMF I'm willing to sell for a good price.
I did check the link that you posted it was quite long and I skimmed over it, but noting that would signify something that is causing this. And I am posting all this from my iPod and I don't know how to get pictures on this. But back to the choke malfunctioning, what would be signs of the choke always on? I can take the carb off no problem but if the choke isn't the problem I would rather not take it off
Ok, I used my bottom dollor and borrowed some cash for the bore job, and I know someone right across the street with a welding machine and alot of welding know how. I would buy an after market from you, but if you live far away then I don't think I can aford shipping never mind the price. And I'm sorry that I'm not responding to some of the suggestions, if the thing inside my pipe isn't the problem I will take off the cover to the air box and try that.
Hold on a second. Is there a chance that there is a resenater inside the pipe, maybe the rattling is normal? It isn't making the rattling noise anymore when I took the pipe off. So I guess now I will try to take the air box cover off and run it. And then take the choke apart.
Spark plug looks kind of worn but it is still relitivly new, I tryied your air box idea, sounded I little better in low rmps, but other than that it was still the same. I taking the carb off now to see if the jets are clogged or something else.
Can the baffles be removed without cutting it open or do I still have to do that?
I will get a new plug, and if I can avoid spending money I would rather do the extra work. So can I get the loose baffles out with out cutting it open
