Engine not running right???

I did check the link that you posted it was quite long and I skimmed over it, but noting that would signify something that is causing this. And I am posting all this from my iPod and I don't know how to get pictures on this. But back to the choke malfunctioning, what would be signs of the choke always on? I can take the carb off no problem but if the choke isn't the problem I would rather not take it off

All you need is a 12mm end wrench. It comes out in one piece.

Ok, I used my bottom dollor and borrowed some cash for the bore job, and I know someone right across the street with a welding machine and alot of welding know how. I would buy an after market from you, but if you live far away then I don't think I can aford shipping never mind the price. And I'm sorry that I'm not responding to some of the suggestions, if the thing inside my pipe isn't the problem I will take off the cover to the air box and try that.

lol whateves man.... i would do the airbox lid first before i go through the assache of cutting and rewelding a stock exhaust. the lid is 4 bolts...

Hold on a second. Is there a chance that there is a resenater inside the pipe, maybe the rattling is normal? It isn't making the rattling noise anymore when I took the pipe off. So I guess now I will try to take the air box cover off and run it. And then take the choke apart.

the rattleing is not normal, there are baffles in there that can break loose. yes try the lid and see what happens. what does you spark plug look like?

Spark plug looks kind of worn but it is still relitivly new, I tryied your air box idea, sounded I little better in low rmps, but other than that it was still the same. I taking the carb off now to see if the jets are clogged or something else.

i would cahnge the plug just for kicks also its amazing what a bad plug can do..

I will get a new plug, and if I can avoid spending money I would rather do the extra work. So can I get the loose baffles out with out cutting it open

The reed valves are fine. I have v force 3 in there that are brand new and I checked them. The jets are also fine but I cleaned the whole carb out anyway. I put a new plug in it and in a little while I'm going to take the exaust off and cut it open.

Ok. I will do that today and hopefully I can tell everyone how much better it performed and what was in my pipe.

there are baffles in the stock pipe...sometimes they come loose and will rattle around

i'd try a new plug first
