Engine build suggestions

I've noticed that alot of guys have certain combinations of cylinders, carbs, reeds/valves, cranks etc. I'm tryin' to get the most hp out of this quad for the least amount of money. Not sure if somebody touched on this subject before. I would love to just to box the motor up and send it to CT or somebody, drop $1600 and be done but I would kick myself if I knew I could do something similar a little at a time for less. Thanx guys.

get a ct 240 kit,lrd or f7 pipe,34mm carb,vf3 reeds

Any stock carbs off of other quads, bikes, that you coud run that would be a performance mod. I've noticed guys selling thier stock carbs which are 35,36, even 38mm keihin/mikuni carbs for cheap as compared to brand new airstrikers.

The right combanation is going to depend on what the build is. What the bike's intendid riding style is. There are many variables to all the mod working in perfect unisen with each other. So you will want to start there. What and where do you ride the most?

Well I would say majority of riding is gonna be open trail riding like GNCC type. So more low end power I guess.
