Guys,
My son's got an '06 with Standard Travel elkas up front. He has a +2 LSR swinger with a stock rear shock. Right now we can't adjust the preload low enough so the ride height is correct, it sits too high in the rear and because he is only 100 lbs it's too stiff for him. I am looking at a pretty good deal on a LT Elka Elite that is 17". I was wondering if anyone knew if this shock can be adjusted enough to provide the right ride height? At 17" it's longer than the stock so I was thinking it would not, but when I put the fronts on it lowered the quad a lot. I had to adjust the pre load a lot to bring it up. What do you think?
