Deal of the century!

I scored!!!!! Got the guy down to $300, it needs a new crank and piston. Here are the aftermarket parts I see so far.

Aftermarket front shocks
400ex rear shock?
+2 axle with aftermarket axle nuts
Beadlock rear rims with new tires
Aftermarket seat
Aftermarket front brake and clutch handle
Honda thumb throttle
DG front bumper
Aftermarket front a-arms?
Maier fenders all around
FMF fatty and powercore 2
Ported
Head machined?
Aftermarket reeds?

That's all I can tell from a quick glance. Help me out on what kind of reeds, seat, front shocks, and a-arms. I will get better pics tomorrow, I'm a little excited! My blaster build just got a donor!

damn a donor..... I'd repaint the new blasty and install your engine into that frame. It's already got all the "goods"

The only trouble I see is that top end is out of bores or nearly out of bores. The "chamfer" on the bottom of the sleeve that helps compress the rings into the grooves starts with a very large amount of chamfer. Progressively larger bores eat away that chamfer until the final bores basically have no chamfer left. It looks like that top end might be out or nearly out of bores.

good point, since it needs a new crank and maybe new cylinder if it's out of bores. I will get a +3 crank and put my cylinder and head that is coming back from ken on there!

That would be AWESOME considering that frame has already got all of the "hard parts" on it. It all needs stripping and powdercoating/repainting but the parts are all there man.

I second the motion to put your motor into that frame! I would strip it and repaint or powder coat though, that thing is FUGLY

that would be sweet! Pretty much just attacked the front end like a rabid roadrunner on steroids holding a green paint can.

those should be works dual rates, the part that looks like a valve stem on the side is where it gets charged with nitrogen.
