crank replace??!

ok, so yes i am new here, names jerahmy. but anyways i just bought a 99 blaster with bad rod bearing at the bottom, u can see the thrust washers are messed up and the rod wont even move. so i have just decided to get a whole new crank. is there anything in particular to look out for when putting the new one it or is it pretty straightforward. thanks ahead of time

it is simple. i think the worse thing is getting the phillips head screws out! things not to lose. the little ball that goes in the hole in the center of the clutch . this will fall out, better to tilt engine and catch it. i dont ever pull the clutch basket off.the gears that are behind i will fall off when case is separated.tap out new, dont separate cases by prying the 2 apart.dont lose the key for the flywheel and the gears. make sure u line the counter balancer dot up with dot on crank gear. button it up! use ss allen head screws for reassemblie. looks good
