It's not against the law till you get caught.Word to the wise,If you get caught pull over be nice and most of the time they will be fair back.Also if you respect the land and area you are riding then they will not need a reason to come after you.I have had a few run ins and to me show them respect and you will get respect back.

does your state require off highway vehicles to be registered? if so they are gonna ticket you or impound the bike.

yeah they wount do much... im liek that with my quad, only when i bought it on a piece of paper i made the other guy sign and liek saying that i liggaly bought it off of him and that it was officialy now mine cause he didnt have the title for some reason

no its not true. you just have to have your bike registered and have a green or red off highway sticker. that applies to all off highway vehicles. ATVs, Sand Rails, Dirt Bike. Rock Crawlers, Wheelers, Buggies, and Sleds.

Using the taser is not excesive. Did any of you read what he wrote? He said if you RUN from them they can use a taser on you. If you stop, and talk to them they arnt just going to tase you for no reason if you stop. If you run then yes, you could be tased. Same with in a foot pursuit, you can be tased to stop the pursuit.

Its not that hard to understand. As far when you do stop for the cops, just be polite...you know that most cops know if they are going to cite or not within the first 20 seconds of talking to the person. If you are a rude punk ass then more than likely the cop is going to cite you or, impound your bike. If your nice he will probably say, dont ride here, have a nice day.

If your doing something wrong dont be suprised if you get jammed up for doing it.

If your on your own private property you can ride whatever you want....Its private...Only thing that can happen is if its too loud and the neighbors dont like it there may be a noise ordnance in most cities....

ahh alright jackson, but hey fabb sometimes it matters what kind of cop u have they can be asses sometimes and even if u are very nice they will still make a big deal out of it, liek in my noiborhood when i was coming home one time this cop stopped me and 2 of my friends and we werent even rideing and he toook down all of our info and said the next time its a 300$ fine. But 1 week ago i was rideing my pw80 lol around the strrets and a cop pulled up and asked me if he can ride it a little to... hahah i was like alright dude. he had a yfz 450 and he was cool and didnt care at all. It really matters on teh cop u get

Here is a little article about my brother (now a felon) and his little incident with fleeing from the police they clocked him at 139mph and he then sped up to 172mph before finally running out of places to run. He got beaten and tazed by the local boys in blue (it was a group of them that are known for being a little trigger happy. They call themselves the Newark gestapo)

Yes, it does matter what kind of cop you talk to. Some cops are just like that. MOST are cool if you are straight up and honest with them. Some just want to say you and tell you to stop riding, some want to check out your toys because they have some toys at home as well some want to ticket or take your bike. The guy that stopped you and took down all your info did what is called an FI (field interrogation) probably just took your info and told you to leave. Then he made a note that said that he had already gave you a verbal warning to not ride there. That way the next cop that comes by will know. Not that big of a deal.

Yes, that is what they do...Other officers will see that you have been FI'd for that forever.
