vista sucks u know what i had more probs with that system than any other. i now have windows 7 which kicks ass!! xp is dinasoar stuff

I know vista sucks. I like xp and I am running a Lite copy of xp without all the extra crap they throw in there. I am not a fan of how win7 sorts out all the programs and what not and besides I do not want to pay money for an OS which will be replaced in a couple years anyways.

I bought a pc with vista preloaded and hated it. After a month of giving it a chance and it completely failing and crashing numerous times I went back to xp.

Since then I have built my own computers and still run a 32bit copy of xp. The 64 bit version is just as bad as vista

gonna run xp this time, i'm way more familiar with it, rayn shipped it this morn, should arrive at the same time as the hd i grabbed from ebay, i had a $25 gift card, so it only cost me another 17, for an exact replacement western digital 250 gig
should be back in biz by monday, so all my wit and charm
i exude on here will be limited till then, baahahahaha

i have ran windows vista ever since it came out on my desktop and always had more problems with xp. and as for what he can do other than what he has already done, i have no suggestions. but i am waiting to know if the new hard drive and OS fix it!

Try PartedMagic and nuke it all... it did better then my Windows disk. Then from there, install windows. PartedMagic is a free download.

a new hard drive fixed the problems, i'll dish some greens later tonite
now i gotta get this thing set-up and running to my likings again, then i'll start my journey tryin to recover 2 years of info and pics/vids from on here, and around 6000 songs that were all lost to the crash

damn, i almost just sh*t my pants, then remembered, i transfered that vid to my phone to show a buddy of mine, it is saved, and going onto a disk asap, to live on for eternity

dont mean to bring up an old and usless thread.but my TB HDD did fail a few days ago and damn near lost all my stuff.but like i said,use hdd regenerator and it will fix all problems and you wont have to reinstall windows.
