What are some signs of my clutch slipping ? That I should be aware of. I think it may be slipping because when I open it up it's really high pitch when I shift and sounds like it's in powerband all the time when I shift and only when I shift .well it's kinda hard to explain. But how should I know ? Thanks guys

If the engine increases in speed quickly, and the forward bike speed does not increase to suit the revs, then the clutch is slipping.

Ride the bike in 4th, pull in the clutch, change to 5th, increase the throttle quickly just before you let the clutch back out and throttle on hard, and engage the clutch, if the clutch is slipping it will rev through the roof without any increase in bike speed.

yes blaaster i already know now if i change a gear and go wide open it revs through the roof and wont increase my speed unless i let off then give it throttle again

Sounds like it is slipping.

Do you know what oil is in there, if someone has dropped some oil in that contains friction modifiers it will slip.

Is there any slack in the clutch cable, it may just need slackening off a little.
