For some reason it's not releasing the plates. Actuator is adjusted so the points match. Cable is new. It's adjusted all the way out on perch. I can feel it grabbing still in all gears. Clutch rods are new and ball is there. Maybe some more fine tuning the actuator? Just didn't want to pull cover being its a new gasket. Any ideas?

Oh and it's not a stock clutch. All plates are the same. Are some of the friction plates smaller then others? Is there a specific order they go in being an aftermarket clutch?

You're saying clutch is not dis-engaging? Did you soak new plates in oil first? You adjusted at pressure plate to align marks? What directions did you follow to assemble?

It's not a new clutch. When I took it off I didn't separate the plates. They were already saturated in oil. Clutch was adjusted at the pressure plate. And I had no instructions for assembly other than KOR videos. There's 7 friction and 6 steel plates. I started with a friction and alternated from there, while lubricating as I went. And right it won't dis-engage. Sorry for the confusion.

when you reassembled it did you put on washer, spacer, basket, washer, then hub?I know when I got my banshee they put the washers in in the wrong order, fresh motor and clutch wouldn't dissengage

Yea I followed everything to a tee. I'm thinking the plates are sticking due to lack of lubrication. I'm curious to see how it works after I do my heat cycles and ride it once. Allowing the oil to circulate and heat up. Maybe?

From my experience, sometimes when the clutch is taken apart, and reasembled, they don't go in 100%the same location, and the wear pattern then interferes, causing clutch dragging.
I origionall tried fitting a new clutch in my fzr1000(same symptoms, and difficulty getting neutral). Just as bad as before, surfaced the hub, and problem went away.
Had same issue with my blaster, (also only got issues after taking engine appart).
