I have a Hunter 110cc Chinese quad that my dad got when someone didn't pay him for rent for a storage unit. So it was free I guess. Cleaned carb and got it to start. Then put the plastics on and it wouldn't start. Battery is good. Maybe the spark plug? Sorry if its not enough information.

The el cheepo electrical bullet connectors are usually a sloppy fit, check that a wire has not been pulled out while fitting the plastics.
You need to hold the threaded part of the plug against the cooling fins by grasping the rubber boot.
when i had my 110 chinese atv i went to check the plug because it wouldent start and i held the plug aganst the cylinder with my hand and it shocked the piss out of my hand
Haha I've been there too, that's why I thought I'd clarify. That thing is pretty much a mini taser if you're not careful
It may be a bad kill box. Most of the 110's have a remote controlled kill switch box. My grandson has one and the box went bad a month after buying it brand new. Make sure that you check all bolts and nuts after every ride or loc-tite everything.
