Can anyone give me info on these a arms?

I got the brake lines and master cylinder on today then worked on setting the camber. I couldn't put my finger on it but something was different from one side to the other. The right side had more clearance between the disk and arms but it seemed like it needed more spacer in the caliper than I moved the disk. I worked with the tie rods a bit to adjust the toe, which threw the camber out more. I finally saw it, a bent spindle. Thinking about it, the 04 had the top right side a arm mis-matched (no brake line clamp). I assume now that the right side took a hard hit, breaking/bending the top a arm beyond use and bending the spindle. I'll set it up between centers tomorrow and see if I can straighten it. And I have to make a mount for the hydraulic splitter and some brake line clamps. I was wanting to ride this weekend, I might put the drums back on if straightening the disk spindle doesn't work. After coming to a stop on the front, I moved to the back. I robbed a bearing/seal set from a CR250 linkage I had in the scrap box. It fit the 400ex shock perfectly, so I had to get it out to use in the shock mount for the +4 swing arm I'm building. It will also be getting a hydro rear conversion. My goal now is just to ride a quad the ride straight, with better suspension and Brakes. This may need to be moved, it's turning into my mod thread.

I got everything on and working. After I took .080" off the hubs to get the rotors to clear the arms, the caliper mounts hit the back of the hubs. I machined them to clear and everything went fine from there. Along with the extended a arms I did a hydro front conversion, Banshee front shocks, unknown bend Renthals and moved the parking brake to the clutch side. The bars are allot different, I'll have to ride them more to decide. The Banshee shocks are allot better but way too soft with the +3 arms, I bottomed them pretty hard jumping my driveway but I don't do much jumping. Having the hydro's all apart, they still have some air in them. I'd say I'll have to bleed them a couple more times and I'll order better pads. The +3 arms really put the front tires out there, especially with the Maier race front fenders. I've got to get the camber and toe set, then I'll be working to get my swing arm, 400ex rear shock and rear hydros. I only took 1 picture but this is how it's sitting now.

If you know its an old thread, why not make your own, with pictures and a description of them? More help will come that way I:I

Dksix the uppers. Does the diameter change between the sport an mx. Or are these not lonestars.. Mine are identical. But this is second time they sent the wrong uppers. Im almost positive there lsr's based off the ball joints

Im gonna put this set i have now on my neighbors lathe an cut em hell with waiting another week. But I'm starting to wonder what i have. At first i didnt quite think they were lsr's cause the plate welded underneath the shock mount. But that one guy said the mx version had it. I jus wouldn't see why the bushings size would change.
