Buying a chain! Need some advise!

Hey guys!

Well here's my problem, my chain is DONE, so done I'm actually scared to drive my blaster around since I'm pretty sure it's about to brake!

So here's my question, I hear so much different cons and pros for any type of chain and from different users!

But hey anyways! I was looking at the x-ring chains, they seem to be the more popular and resistant chains on the market. What do you guys exactly think? O-ring... non o-ring OR x-ring...

And here comes the next question, I have a dealer around here that sells D.I.D. I've seen EK on ebay as well as EK and RK. I do not want JOBBER obviously.

Oh yes and what about the sprockets, are there any brands for those? Anyways thanks for your help guys very appreciated!

Oh yes btw I do not race this bike, I only ride trails!

Does this seem like a good deal? 70$ Total including shipping. And this does not come with a sprocket kit.

renthal sprockets with a o ring chain will be yuor best bet i think but i would wiat for a couple more words on it

yes those chains and that seller are the way to go ,japense quality as good as rk did or renthal ..we have runthem on lots of high pony bikes with good results for the money ,the only reason its about 70 bucks for you is becuase the shipping costs to go to canada are double or more compared to usa shipping .if you bought a renthal and could find somone to ship up there it would likely cost a ridiculous amount. i know John and rjatv will have it sent out quick and the order will be right.for example i can send a flatrate box across the entire country to california in 2 days for ten bucks ..but a flat rate box just 150 miles north of me to canada cost me over 25$

yea that sh*t is ridiculous, but if you want the best get the gold o ring renthal, but you will probably pay as much for shipping as you would the chain.

i just went out and bought a did chain today
it was a 110 length chain how many lengths are in a stock swingarm setup with 14 40 sprockets?

not sure but you are going to have to cut it and grind down the closest link to keep it tight, just did it to a raptor, it was a biotch to press out the link for the master link!
