crank first kick. mid throttle is pretty good but begging throttle and end throttle sucks. i have a 205 main jet 50 pilot jet and 1st notch on the needle. in neutral idles fine u give it throttle it hesitates then revs up and take a bit to settle. any suggestion???
 
have you tried any bigger main jets?
being you have a high flow air box and uni, i would richen it. try a bigger jet like a 220 or 230. maybe even bigger. they are a cheap try. like 3 bucks a jet

also if it take a little to settle, have you check for any airleaks?

yes i have checked for for air leaks. i will double check tomorrow when its day light.
 
holy crap i have a 35mm keihin pwk with a big bore with a high flow airbox and lots of mods and i run a 50 pilot and 170 main a 205 is huge and you dont even have a big bore you are deffinitly way to rich.

if u read the sticky post about carbs the u will know that elevation humidty and much other things play a role in jeting. so no i dont think im rich or else my spark plug would show.
 
yeah i know how to jet a carb where i live i am only 766ft above sea level lots of air. i'm telling you a 205 is way to rich. believe me or not i'm just trying to help
