Blaster cr80 flat tracker

grab bar showed up but didn't fit. had to cut 1/4 inch off of each side so it would slide in place. kinda annoying. taking it easy today and just gonna make a rear mount for the number plate. I have a vinyl cutter (makes basic stickers) and my boy has been working on different number fonts and colors. he s pretty excited to put them on.

Sometimes a quick hit with an impact gun gets it snug enough to torque. Try using a fork to put pressure on it too.

got a million little things to do, but she s getting real close. I bought some yfz 700 heel guards to put on also. just have to fab up a mount. safety first. early last year my foot got sucked in between the nerf and rear tire. only broke a small bone, but that thing hurt bad and for a long time

finaly got the kart tires mounted. turns out it cant be done without a tire bander. she s offfically a roller now. once I get a chain I think it d be driveable also. since my work schedual doesn't really leave me much free time right now I think the next step is to send the swing arm out to be shortend a couple of inches and have a sway bar made.

nice work so far !
tell the boy he did good on the number plate.

whats your reasoning for shortening the swinger ?

for a small rider I could see doing this especially with a smaller engine. How big is the rider?

loks like a fun ride, for me though i would have keep the blaster motor in it, but im alot bigger than who you are building it for
