Are the older model Blaster axles the same as the 03 up?

i would go with a banshee axle if my 03+ needed replaced, same solid disc set-up for the 03+ hydro brakes, but it's a wider axle

Any specific year model banshee, or will any year work? I bought the bike with a trashed carrier and axle due to negligence. But the price made up for it.
