at first hello to all members of this forum!!!!!

i´ve got a few questions about this aftermarket cylinder!!!

i have to say,that i want to put that zylinder on a vespa engine case!!

my questions are:

-how is the durability of this cylinder,it´s necessary for me to know because i have to cut the cooling finns to fit the cylinder into the frame of a vespa

-what carburetors do you prefer for that cylinder

-what is a with porting the cylinder

-how much power did someone got out of this cylinder and with what components and additonal changes!!

i have to say that this is not my first engine i will build,i did a few ones,all with good results,but now i´m looking for a new challenge!!!!

thanx for your answers bye jochen I:I

if you're gonna cut fins, which is prob a bad idea, then make absolutely sure that your jetting is a little on the rich side to help cool the engine.

hi at all

@babarossa

yes i´m from germany,also wie du,habe schon ein ppar beiträge von dir gelesen!!!

@quam

to cut the fins is not that problem,because i´ve got shovels on my rotor,so its coooled by running the engine!!!!

there are a few conversions on vespas with cut fins,wich are running without a problem,but if this cylinder is problematic of temperature with the original fins i will think about my conversion!!!

@at all

i´m very intersted in the highest poweroutput this cylinder could give and with what changes!!!

for example port timing,head design,exhaust(what is no big problem i can let make a special build one for my cylinder,but this is of course one of the last steps i have to do,i first need the general construction!!)

thanx bye jochen
