Bill's pipe with no flange

a guy at work gave me a bills pipe and silencer for my blaster. how can i hook it up with no flange?

Have to buy a flange or make one!

take your stock pipe cut the flange off bolt it up then put yur bills pipe on that with some high temp gasket thats how i have my pt hooked up and you need a little bit of your stock pipe in the flane for your bills to hook up too

ok after i get that made up do i need to re-jet my carb? everything is stock except for the pipe
