bar grips wont stay glued?

very true. it doesnt take much they usually stick down really well. my advice is to put the ends toward the bottom of the grip.

i use permatex 3h or gorilla snot...its brown and will hold even if u submerge the bike. hair spray is good also not as strong, who wants to waste their aquanet anyway!!lol
dude i did the hairspray thing and the next day i went to ride and the pulled right off lol dont use it

dont have this blasty on the road yet, but had a '96 for 8 yrs, and always used "goop" to glue my grips, and never came off unless i wanted them to, i also use a little when my decals or graphics start to peel, i also used it to plug the little holes in my fender, left by the rivets when i removed those silly warning emblems
if your not familar with "goop", its a type of glue that stays rubbery, but holds very well, looks like clear silicone, sets up in 10 minutes, and is available at walmart, lowes, and prolly your local hardware store, i cant live without it
ps. dont fall for the different kinds for different apps. its all the same, (capenters, plumbers, outdoor, automotive, original) ive used them all with the same results, excellent

two words Gorilla Glue.... thats what i use for mine they won't even budge unless u use an air compressor to remove them. it takes a while for the glue to dry though
