ASR +3+1 arms and +3 swinger in primer. i have to modify it when it arrives and than i will either just paint it or powder coat it. also ordered +2 brake lines for the front. i didn't think of it till after, but the brake lines may be to short.Whats arms? extended swinger?
well, my a-arms will be here Friday. got a big problem with them already. I didn't realize when I picked up the Honda hubs and spindles that they were shorter than the blaster. I think I have the solution. I will make a kit like the widening kit on ebay so I can relocate the top a-arms out and down. that way I can adjust the caster and camber correctly. my idea should work.
yes. I ordered the Honda heims for them. the owner called me prior to shipping them out and made sure he had the order correct. he was a bit confussed as to what I was doing be seemed like a nice guy to do business with. I will see Friday how it all goes together Friday. I got my streamline front brake line and swingarm in today. the swingarm looks good but I have mixed feelings on the pivot pin tube location. should be fine as long as my measurements are correct and the swingarm stays pretty center.the asr's have quite a bit of adjustability built into them.
did you order them with the honda balljoints/heims ?
The blasters dust caps have shims in them that are supposed to keep it center and will make that swingarm fit snug between the frame.yes. yeah, I have the parts, it just looked a little off to me compared to the stock swinger I had. but, I could be wrong. it has been a while since I had a swinger bolted in.The blasters dust caps have shims in them that are supposed to keep it center and will make that swingarm fit snug between the frame.
it doesn't look like it is made bad. I think if they switched from a mig welder to a tig welder, the welds might look nicer. as for holding up for a length of time, it should last fine. I probably wont ride it hard. I will be riding my bike more than the blaster.Thats the ebay swinger right? +2?
I want to know how well made it is. And probably a link soon lol
