any way a blaster can match an ltz400?

i just rode my friends ltz 400 and loved the low end power of it is there any way to get a blaster to match that power? mine has basically nothing done to it besides a uni filter, reeds, wiseco top end and open airbox. what mods could i get to have more power like the z?

no way to get the low end power of a 4 poke a smoker but you can match that power and then some with a good pipe porting carb and a few other odds and ends

to beat a ltz wouldnt take to much as long as the 400 is stock

if you want the power of the ltz400 then just do a motor swap with a ltz400 engine

My buddy has a ltz400 and we race all the time. We were really close when I just had a 240 but once I stroked and ported it I walked all over him and he has a full exhaust on it and an uni airfilter

Haha this is a joke. My LTZ walks ALL OVER my buddies 240 whether it's in a drag, an MX race, or GNCC trails. My advice to you me boy..... is get a LTZ. I looooove mine. It tears in the bottom of the gears and pulls soooo much up top. Pinned on the road I can't hold onto it.

a good ported stock bore stock stroke blasty will tear a unported 240 a new a hole

haha this is a joke. i had a drz400 supermoto. look it up. same motor as your ltz, and pinned on the road i could hold onto it all i wanted. and it wouldnt even pull the front wheel up in second without me trying in stock form. with a full exhaust, bigger carb, jetted and airfilter/ airbox mods it wasnt much better. maybe 40hp and your quad weighs more than my bike did.

you guys make me laugh.

you will never get the low end of a 4 stroke with your blaster. and a stock blaster will not beat a ltz400. but they dont have that much power.

i'm not shooting either bike down. in the end a blaster is a blaster. and a 400 is a 400. neither will ever be the bike to beat

This Blaster is BUILT. Ported to match a stroker crank and it has the standard Vito's big bore pipe. It's red and grey, and it looks like my old one..... Oh yeah.... It is! lol

your z must be heavily modded or somethings up a ported 240 should eat a 400 like nothing

It's my old Blaster. He fixed the gear problem and he ran to the top of 6th and I was to the top of 5th. I pulled away mid-way through 5th and won by 2 quad lengths.

stock blaster will not beat a 400 a ported one yes a blaster can be made to be fast but not the fastest thing out there
