Just note, I didn't say it would blow the motor...he's projecting because I disagreed with his advice and posted a suggestion against it, now he's all up in arms and harrassing me. I have always just defended the conservative approach as I am not the one working on the bike of the poster, so I don't get aggressive and risk messing up someone else's machine.

i feel the same way. i give advice that will ONLY help. if i dont know or am not sure i just shutup, theres plenty of other guys that can help out that know more then me.

Um, the bigger the number on the jet, the more fuel it lets in, therefore it is richer. If you start too high, you could flood the plug and have it spit and sputter, but if that happens pull the plug as quick as possible and see if it is wet or covered with oil. That's the best place I think you can start and troubleshoot if you have any problems.
