hey i recently got an 05 blaster and i was thinkin about buying the vitos 240 kit. I had some question as to how much hp it actully adds and if it really makes that much of a difference? also if it blows up do you have to scrap the cylinder or can you bore it out?

It's only worth it if you port it. A stock cylinder with good port work will spank a non ported bbk, if I were you id spend your 550 on some port work head rechamber and a right bend pipe (f7 or trinity) and yes you can bore a vitos
