it is Blue but i have painted it with bed liner paint ( can ) so it has a nice textured flat black look.

Yea, it is a full exhaust.

Yes, it is a custom one that i made - it is +4
i used 2 pieces of like 10" square tubing that runs inside the arm

if you want it i will let it go for 25 + shipping

Nerf bars are a little different - there is a mount that is welded to the frame that will make them work - I will send pics of what i mean - you might be able to work out something else on them -
they were made for a 2003 + but dude sold them as a 89 - 02
