ok, I've been looking to upgrade from my kids LT80 (don't like the whole swingarm motor setup and I'm not looking at changing cases out again and want something with better suspension so I can play on it too when I'm bored lol)

I'll start by saying I jumped my kids 80 and cracked the frame lol. I DO have a spare but I'm not really feeling this bike at this point lol. so once I get it running cherry I'm gonna sell it cheap to fund the new bike. anyway...

does anyone know the whole deal with all the other china bikes? it sounds like from my searching, alot of the parts are interchangeable on the kasea to apex to drr to dinli any what not... so two guys I know locally, one has a modded out dinli with elka's all around and what looks like long travel front setup (says he's got 12gs into it) wants 2gs for it. and another with a modded out kasea 90 w/spare motor and lots of extra's wants $900 for it. but I have to look at that one. I believe he already did the dual a-arm conversion and aftermarket shocks. but not sure how much further... I like the elka's on the dinli, but if the kasea has floats or elka's I'm probably gonna be more interested in it at which point because of price and the spare motor :D also the kasea has new rims and holeshots/snowhawgs all around... the dinli looks to have fresh tires too. but I'm not too partial on spending 2gs on my kids bike lol here's some pix of the dinli. don't got any of the kasea as I haven't seen it, the dinli he has it on CL is where I got the pix...

looks like holeshots up front and turf tamers on back for the dinli... nice looking bike overall :) just gotta go look at the kasea as well and if they're pretty much the same bike and one just has elka's I'm probably gonna just get the kasea :)

did someone fix it? they're showing up for me... I know how to post pix so not sure what's up lol. probably another one of those guys who's fuggin off at work so it's not showing up for u since god knew you were pulling ur tail tryna look at sexi pix :p

come on basshead you can beat the computer....it only does what the operator commands....so im gonna go w/ operator error........all the way.........

well, I didn't want to come back til I was sure with pix... so I went to his house and took some with my cell phone :D bike was built by maximum rpm out of texas...

has custom 1 off billet wheels front and back. elka's front and back, it's stroked supposedly started based off an eton 50 bottom end but he didn't seem to know all that much about it, said it costed him $13,000 originally and I can probably get the reciepts from max rpm, it was trenched to flow better supposedly the fuel/air or something goes in and has to go around the crank (think it's a 2 stroke thing?) then up to the combustion chamber so they trenched it for velocity is what he said... oh, it's a national motor, ported and such...

um, not even sure what all it has lol. didn't look for a steering stabilizer which is one of my favorite things lol. all my big bikes have them so I want one for my kid... frame has no cracks or repairs... I figure dinli's having the heavier/heaviest frame of all the eton powered mini's it should be more durable?

dunno what kinda pipe but it's loud and it sings like a mofo...

picked up a few snow hogs for my sons LT80 while I was there and we set a pair up on a set of my spare LT80 ITP polished wheels (by hand) :D the snow hog 18"s are like 2" shorter than the turf tamer 18"s... glad I ordered a 14t front sprocket over the 13t it has on it now lol...

can't wait to get it fixed and running cherry so he can actually enjoy it's new restored glory/power and MX tire setup... I have holeshot 19s for the front as well and will be putting them on tomorrow maybe and can't wait to see how the little booger screams with tiny tires again lol...

Maximum RPM is a good builder. Hope you know something about cvt's...because that is where it's at with jog engines...all about the set-up

rollers get flat, variator, clutch, springs and belt wear. Hopefully it runs good now and you can just maintain it.

yes, CVT's are a pain in the ass to maintain....

my cousin runs a hetrick can am ds90, and we have to replace rollers every race...
and hetrick is a very poor engine builder.....

it runs. I don't know how well as I haven't tried to run it lol. I could ask him to bring it and we can try it out 1st..

I don't really know alot about CVTs rollers are easy to replace but the clutch side I haven't played with at all... not that it's got that many parts lol. imo mechanical side of the engine is more complex. CVT may not run prime if the CVT isn't setup for the porting and such. but if it's at least running well I don't care as we don't race lol

oh, he said they'd do $1500 :)

it's a max rpm national motor... ported, stroked, trenched the cases to increase air/fuel velocity pipe is some loud mofo lol. not sure what else, didn't get too far into the Qs. I'll go look at it again soon :D maybe take the digital to get higher res pix :)
