03-06 Ebrake switch removal

Hey guys,

Still having problems with my blaster bike not reving. Just wondering if anybody has removed there e-brake switch on there 03-06 blaster?

If so When you remove it, do you have to ground it out or just leave it open circuited?

I havent removed mine YET but mine got jamed and I had to manualy open it at the back to relese it

OMG. This prob blew my mind for at least a week and had a very good bike mechanic scratching his head after I installed a +3 swingarm.

Just unplug it and it will work fine. Removing the e-brake cable allows the lever to relax a bit which kicks in the switch. This gives very similar symptoms to stator probs. It would not rev above idle. Basically that switch goes to the CDI.

UNPLUG IT AND MOTOR ON!
