YZ 400 in a blaster

My YZ 400 Running here it is fellas. just have a few more little things to do. sorry for the short video I thought my little bro took a longer one.
what two builds is it bro? And the vibes werent to bad but they werent to great either lol. I will be looking into making some antivibe bars. Definatly hurt the hands after a few hours of riding.

I know another guy on another forum who built a 490 blaster and he could never get it to run right, it wouldn't rev out and it just run like plain crap... The pipe was the cuase.

i could but am very embarrased of the final product. I referred to it as demolished dog sh*t earlier lol.

Miss led ya a bit. Startin at 68mm stroke +4.5mm. With a 72.5 mm stroke & a yz400 piston @ 82mm (bout 380cc) I'm entering a whole new world for me but not close to yours. I've heard of some positive results from karters using a Balance Master product on their flywheel. Can't afford to have a custom part made for my YZ but I've got a few pounds of mercury and some time so we'll see what happens

They no doubt will be more but I don't consider mine that bad with the bigger bore and stroke.
They don't break welds or stop me from trail riding. I do wear riding gloves but nothing special.
It will totally be worth it.
Def report back if adding mercury helps you maybe on to something.
awesome build , I think after long consideration , I'm just going to BB my blaster , and run a stroker crank , It would be awesome to run a bigger engine , but I don't want to cut up my frame . I'll have it ported , and run a bigger carb . all that fabbin makes my head spin , just wanna ride......
I dont know, that was just the idle break-in. still have to do another idle today and then tighten my chain. I was just so excited to get to kick it over. I still have a few things to do to her before i can ride her.
Thanks for the support bro, to be honest with you the frame cutting wasnt bad. The only actual frame part I cut was the diagonal bars the front motor mounts bolt to.

yeah well that was my fault, he started on the other side of the bike and as walking around it so i thought he was recording and told him to stop. sure as sh*t he wasnt recording while walking around lol.
im only playin man, at least you have SOMEBODY to do it for ya. im thinking my 8yr old daughter wouldnt do to hot lol. have to give her a shot sometime though hahaha
thanks dude, i ran it around the block and man does it move. i can some tuning to do with the carb and what not but it runs strong and hard.
