I have purchased a YFZ rear shock and plan on putting it on my Blaster what are your thoughts? Good setup?

its a very long shock and will jack the bum into the air. you will need new bushing at the top. and a new swingarm mount to get it to sit right. it can be done but the 400EX shock is a much simpler and common mod
you do not need a new shock mount, though you will need custom bushings and the shock will need revalved/respringed. Mine was done by gtthunder and it now sags to stock blaster height (when adjusted but can be adjusted to give more height) on stock size mounts and is an incredible shock. But it was dual-springed. You will also have to cut bottom shock mount on shock to get it too fit right and turn down bolt. if you do not revalve/respring, blaner is right in that it will be too long even when adjusted to it's shortest setting and will be way to stiff for a blaster.
