i also cut the lower mounts off for the front fenders, the rear brake cable holder thingy and the parking brake loop thing...cleaned the frame up a little
Another thing to consider...if you rebuild the motor, grind off any flaws in the casting on the outsides of the cases to make it look even more purty.
here is a 34mm pj i won off ebay for 35 shipped

Sweet. That polished axel is nice.... I bet that sh*t took forever. I polished mine about 3 months ago with steel wool but tapped out after 2 hours. It looked good but not good like yours...
thanks man....just doing some small stuff as i wait to paint my frame...and all i did was took a wire wheel to at and some mothers....maybe 20 min on the one side so far

well here is the frame my bro got it painted today...I think it looks kick ass from the pic but i havnt seen it in person yet
the paint is rustoleum oil base in a can.....my bro mixed it up with some thinner and some hardener ....this is some tuff ass paint....

ohhhh sh*t.....freek called it.....yellow frame..nice, unfortunatly im leaving the yellow frame club lol.....axle looks great man, u gonna clear coat a few times so she dont rust up
yeah i plan on clearing it.........unless there is somthing better i can put over it like a clear poly
Looks good man! Are you planning to offset the yellow with another color, or sticking with silver and yellow? Or is that the mystery question that is to be continued......LOL
