put a drd pipe on it and a bigger main jet and moved the exhaust cam gear over a notch.

had to put a new crank in it 2 weeks ago, unfortunatley the rod seized to the crank. I kept thinking my starter was wearing out and my battery was toast. But it runs and starts better than ever now.

Just curious did you do the oil mod on that YFZ when you had it apart? Might save you another rebuild.

Oh dear. I wasnt aware of the oil mod. After I read your post I did a quick google search and there it was "oil mod on 04-06 yfz 450's".

that sucks.
