Ive had em on, just got FMF exhaust flange in mail, so i hooked it up and ripped.

I bet it is fast. There some good upgrades. I'm my opinion , you may want to ether get a good mid-top pipe or drop your carb size down.

Im not worried about it, if i really wanna get speed ill just on the dirtbike,

Nice Chris, get it all back together. Might be joining a group ride in Warsaw this Saturday. Let me know if you are up for it.

Shoot me a msg of time, place, and where to meet. If there's room on a trailer im all for pitching in gas money.

good to hear someone's gettin some ripping in !

check the adjuster nut on the rod in the center of the pressure plate, if loose, redo the adjustment, then brake clean and blue loc-tite it this round

I had it adjusted, and loctighted it. Idk what happend. It just go soft. I can tighten slack with adjuster on lever, but it gets really hard cuz its pushing plates to its max.

I just hope i dont tear gasket when removing cover, will be 3rd one and no riding on it! Lol.

I still can't believe the power this blaster made. I only hit maybe 4th gear with quick shifts down a long straight, since i have no brakes yet. Man it pulled and pulled.

if the nuts not loose, you're gonna need to pull the pressure plate and see if you welded the ball to the rod ?
you didn't hold the clutch in too long at speed did ya ?

I highly doubt ball got welded to rod. It was only about a 400ft rip. I had it adjusted now to where it works, but its a tight pulled. Might loosen up a little considering its brand new lever and cable. I might need to look into something else because its way too hard for my gf to pull in.

brand new lever and cable should be easier than old stock to pull, did you do a clutch kit with heavier springs ?

if so, you may wanna look into one of these....

Truely amazing what a little work does to these :o I:I
I still need to get a head mod. Don't think I'll go larger carb (yet), Vito's dual stage on ported cage, Fat Bastard pipe. I'm old, I really don't need to go much faster. Power to weight on these is pretty darn good I think.

Nope. I measured all plates and springs and they were in spec. So i thew em back in.

Thats the same lever and perch i have on it now.

better look into whats binding then, possibly badly grooved clutch basket/hub ? (link to see those below)
i run that same lever, with 30% heavier springs and it's almost as easy to pull as dualstrokes hydro clutch

grooves on inner hub, the basket can get them too, where the plate fingers ride........

Sounds like you need to get a guitar hand strengthener or workout hahaha. Just kidding... I had the same issue come to find out there were two balls in there which made for clutch rod wayyyy out of adjustment. ..
