will i need porting or milling of head?

you dont HAVE to do anything except toss it in, like mentioned above it comes with a spacer plate. but if you want to maximize its power potential getting it ported to match the extra stroke is the way to go.

Essentially the porting changes the port timing to match the longer stroke as well as enhancing flow. Along with that is a cylinder head mod that enlarges the combustion chamber to accomodate the longer stroke, preventing piston to head contact and optimizing shape and volume. This way you don't need the spacer plate.

But like the other guys said, with the Vito's kit, you can just slap it in and run it. Engine work like above is just a better way to go if you can afford it.

so if i buy the vito crank i can just replace all the bearings and drop it in with the spacer?? and eventually get all the other work done when i get the money. i have an off topic question as well what kind of paint is a good paint im thinking about giving the frame and such a nice new color

whats the crank case matching?? this is my first build ever and im doing it in my parents garage

im not sure if this is what you mean but to match the cases to me means to make sure where the top end and bottom end meet all the transfers and nice and smooth with no nasty ridges to cause turbulance.
