wider

I dont know how much jumping you do with your blaster but i have never been a fan of those spacers. I would much rather find a banshee axle or some other aftermarket axle. Banshee axle is about 3.5 inches wider and is noticable. What kind of riding do you do? If those balloon tires are still in use it would help to get something thats flatter on the tread for more connection to the ground there.

I'd MAYBE do the solid spacers (within reason) and very little on the front. On the front you start getting more bump steer and can actually lock the steering at full lock.
My son has deep (4+1) offset on the front of Banshee and I had to weld the stop up just a hair.

I have been using these spacers for a while now. I track/trail ride. I admit they look scary and I wasn't sure about them. We ride in a group with 4 blasters and they are on every last one. These bikes have been to Easton mx numerous times with no problems out of the spacers. Has anybody ever broke these or are they going with their gut feeling after seeing them?

We all run them on the front too with no noticeable wear to the ball joints. The only downside is they look like sh*t!

As you can see by the avatar our Blaster loves to fly.

2" stud spacers all round on a Banshee rear axle and widening kit on the front end.

Running MX for nearly 2 years with no problems, not a sign of breakage or pronounced bump steer.

I would consider removing them if anyone posts that they have broken one and the details of how and why.

It seems to me this topic is somewhat like the DG pipe senario, everyone says they are crap, but have never seen or tried one.

They seem to be extremly strong, there was an occasion when our pit mechanic forgot the tighten the lug nuts on a rear wheel.

After the Moto had finished the problem was noticed and the holes in the wheel were chewed up beyond repair but the spacers were unmarked and working until this day.

We all use 5" spacers. We are not nailing doubles though. For an average rider it's a cost effective way to make the blaster more stable.

You should be fine with any of them to be honest.I run +4 and +6(total) in the trails here by me and I still fit through the trails fine. You get to ride that sand that alot of us don't.lol If you ride quite abit of dunes then I would go the widest with the +5's.
