with any extention you will runn into trouble only because of the amount of pressure on the hubs. it would be alot less risky if you got extended aarms and extended axle

i disagree. any type of extension to the a-arms doesn't give any added stress to teh hubs. but it does allow for more bump steer due to the pivot points being further apart with teh kit. the only way you will add stress to the hubs is to flip your front wheels or to add wheel spacers between teh hub and wheel. but even with that, the amount of added stress is not enough to cause any worry. if i were to get the kit for my blaster, i would definately go with softer/more progressive front shocks along with it. my only concern fo rit would be if my 12yo daughter could handle it when things get rocky. i dont want the bump steer ripping the bars out of her hands.

no correction i said i was jumping 50+ feet with stock setup i want something more durable so i can jump further.

lol yeah u would be better off with extended aarms and axle but thats MY opinion, however it will be more pricey then wheel spacers, etc but will works better with those huge jumps

i agree. i would never trust a widening kit for anything big. the only reason im considering it is because my kids do most of the riding on the blaster. they are both lucky to catch 5 feet of air with it. if youre going that big, do it right and get youself a good a-arm/shock combo. its expensive up front, but could save you alot of headache in the long run. literally

hmm thanks for everyones thoughts i think i know what im gonnna get now

go with the ASR +3 +1 a arms. with a good shock setup an in the rear a +3 swingarm with a rebuilt an vavled honda 250r shock

well putting a 490 in the blaster seemed like cheap idea now i realize its alot of money, but hey why do it once cheap an have to redo it? just do it right to begin with.
