Looking for reeds, I'm gonna be using the stock cage and heard that Boyesen's wake up the motor alot.

Question is, Pro Series or Power Reeds?

I see some of them have 2 stages, whats the diff - which would you recommend? Mods in sig.

i have boysen dual stage reeds in mine seemed gave a good bit of throttle response nothing more nothing less

i may have been wrong i though t the dual stage reeds were only for the rad valve. but that is what they use in them.

Def not discrediting your post, when I took my reeds out (never ran the motor since i bought it) one side was 2 stage and one side was not. Thought that was weird. I would like to get away with not spending the cash on a new cage, but need new reeds and I just dont know which ones to get!

Boyesen carries alot of different models, power, pro, super stock.... what would you guys recommend?

i asked a similar question the other day and i heard the power reeds are good but the super stock are prettymuch stock

I guess my main question here is will they all fit? I dont want to have to port match the cage, just want a good all round reed, the 2 stage seem to be the ones.

I have the boyseen dual stage reeds in stock cage, they made a noticeable difference in throttle response..

I HAD the dual petal ones for about a day. I got them and no matter how I positioned them the second layer of petals would not seal so it backfired and blasted them into pieces.

Look like I'm gonna start looking for a set of these. Checked around and it looks like Ebay is gonna be the way to go! Thanks for you input fellas.

ya i got some dual stage like em alot snapier but then again this is the only blaster ive drove
