Hey guys. I just bought a blaster with a yz 490. It has been sitting for a little bit due to a bad piston. I rebuilt the upper end. Now she is so hard to kick off. I cleaned out the carb and jets that should fix the no lack of feul at idle. Buy it is so loud, lo oking for a cheap but good sounding tip. Any ideas guys. Your help would be great

also it is going to be kick hard..its a almost 500cc.
then put in a blaster frame to add more tricks to it.

people starting these cannot start them with sneakers lol

need boots for sure....also i dont know but is the cylinder nikasil?? i have not looked

i believe fmf q technolody is the quites decible one on the market/but im not 100% positive,
getting a pipe for the old yz490 or to even fit on a blaster frame is going to be a challenge,
will need altering for sure... try repacking the silencer that is on it??
