internet is your friend here, use ebay, the forum when you can, different online stores. if you want a toomey b1, then i have a head pipe, chrome, in great shape, im sellin for 100 bucks. its 279 new. then all you need is the silencer, and a filter and jetting. thats like 150. the kit new is 360! pm me if interested. i loved the toomeys midrange and top.
All the items you listed, with the exception of the exhaust i have seen and bought new on e bay from different dealers, usually at a reasonable price.
