What carby you running?

If it's not a stock carb you need to figure what carb it is. And like blaaster said get yourself a b8es ,actually grab a few so you can plug chop once you get it running.

Are you using fresh gas? Old gas can give you all kinds of problems. I just recently ran into a similar problem with a sled of mine, check and make sure there are no nests of sorts in both your intake and exhaust.

We all know it can be frustrating at times but stick with it and we will get you going. Did the bike run fine before the bore? What was the reason for the new bore and piston?

my mate used sh*tty oil to mix one time and it left buildup on the top of the piston, should always use quality 2 stroke instead of the thick cheap stuff.

Smoke is no indication that you have the AFR correct.

What jets are you using in a stock carby, Mikuni jet should be around a #250.

Or are you trying to have a lend of me?

coulda been sh*tty oil i used said 32:1 on the bottle so i got that one...lol jet had to be floddin the bike maybe

get some good fully synthetic 2 stroke and mix 32:1 to start with, then see what ya got.

Stock blaster main is 230. I'm thinking your not running a stock carb.

what comes to mind to me is that tranny oil is getting sucked into the crankcase by either a bad seal or cracked case.
