whats wrong!???? need help

Hey so today i finally put in a new clutch bla bla. So when i tightened all the springs back up i couldnt get the clutch to work. I played around with the screw in the clutch lever and also the in the middle of the pressure plate to no success. If i put the bike in gear it wont roll like its supposed to. But when i press the clutch it still wont roll. Please help me ive done everything to no succes

you installed all the required fibers/plates ?
didn't lose the internal ball that seperates the rods ?
might have the pressure plate misaligned, remove the screws springs and rotate it until it slides on/in the whole way

I never took out the inner rod and ball only the outer one. And yeah im pretty sure i put in all the plates ima double check tomm. And yeap i alligned the pressure plate. But thanks for the suggestions ill keep you posted on whats wrong
